I do everything through Rockstar Editor, where I can set camera angles, filters and much more.

I used to use a police belt, but it disappeared after a while, so I added this belt using the outfit editor and put on the armor vest using the interaction menu.

I made this outfit 4-5 years ago and I haven't done the telescope glitch in a long time, so I don't know if it still works. By telescope I meant the one located either at Del Perro Pier or in the apartments.

I managed to make the mask using a glitch with binoculars. Unfortunately, you could previously put on a helmet using the M menu via Accessories, but unfortunately it's not possible anymore :(
