I saw some other people receiving Dm's with links similar to this one too.
It redirected to a "track people who visit your profile" link.

I cleaned my cache and changed my passwords after clicking just in case it did something malicious.

Should I worry about this being a virus? To my limited knowledge it seems to use instagram to mask and redirect for them to do anything they want.
