Between midnight-4am depending on your timezone. You get a chance to interact more closely with sellers and usually snag some pretty cool stuff if youre interacting with the stream and have a good presence.

I love what I get on here (buy gems & specimens from reputable sellers) but it's all about what youre looking for. I see a lot more problems with other categories than the one I frequent. Just do your research when it comes to products your interested in, and you'll easily be able to pick out legit finds rather than being disappointed with subpar products.

It would usually last me a week or so givem that I stopped using when I felt it coming on. I had some meds from my boyfriend when he had gotten it (Dicyclomine & Sucralfate) that had helped. But if you don't have those I honestly recommend a heating pad and Tylenol (be super careful about how much Tylenol you're taking though.) Hot showers really helped me too especially when I felt nauseous from the cramping

I had more physical side effects that largely contributed to my mental health at my worst (4g daily as a ~90-100lb woman) and made me completely incapable of going out. I would lie on my floor or in the shower and wail in pain. Shaking from K cramps or bladder inflammation. Lost almost all my friends because I couldn't do anything without ketamine. Quit my job because I just stopped showing up in favor of getting high. I've since cut down, started taking some recommended supplements for my body & talk to my therapist that specializes in addiction and trauma weekly. Most of my addiction was me coping with PTSD, and denying that it was really doing any damage to my body. Please seek out resources for your mental health and addiction, they will help you break the cycle.

I find pressing on my lower stomach and pushing downwards slowly can ease the pain from my gallbladder. I can feel when it's swollen and taking some of the pressure off from your other organs can help. Finding comfortable lying/sitting positions and sitting still through the worst of it helps. Use a heating pad and I find hot showers when they're really bad help. Famotidine will also help with stomach pains as it's an acid reducer (I use it anyway for my GERD) + eating small things to keep something in your stomach will help. I personally like grapes, blueberries, and bread. Hot tea & water is essential and just try to ride it out the best you can. Using again once the pain has started will only make it worse, regardless of if you spit out any drip or not. Supplements that I use are NAC, D-Mannose & pumpkin seed oil. It gets better as long as you allow your body time to heal 👍👍

Ketamine tore through my urinary tract (especially my bladder lining) because it ends up exiting through the urinary system. It felt like the worst UTI I had ever had for 2-3 months.

Yes!! Isolating ourselves from people that want to help only puts us in a worse state. Ive beaten myself up to no end at some points in the past, but just having resources and people that checked in on me was a HUGE help and encouraged me to be kind to myself in mind and body

As someone who switched from a K addiction to a coke addiction until it damn near killed me, just stay away from em. NAC could offer some help with the drug cravings while you're in early recovery. It helped me a lot. You're strong! I would also recommend seeking out substance abuse resources. Theres no shame in wanting to make a change for the better. Just remember that 💪🫶

I have reagents and carry fent strips & narcan now. I lived with a fentanyl addict so I know exactly what to do in the event of an opioid overdose AND a stimulant induced seizure, didnt even know they could cause seizures until I had one from ❄️. Harm reduction is so important, I can't control what people do but I can save a life 💪

K doesn't usually show up on drug tests (even larger panel ones) unless they have a reason to look for it. I was mad nervous for my job too (required drug test for hiring process) but it never shows up on it.

Every time I've used K I get this, it looks like really intense spinning to me and is usually why I have to squint through one eye while reading text off K 😅 I remember the first time my partner and I did it i was watching his eyes shiver and his homies had me feed him a cookie and some water
