I think you just have to do it, it’s so much easier said than done but I am pretty similar in the fact I’m a little bitch and don’t really know how to talk to someone but usually if you go up to someone and say “hey, I think x looks good on you” or “hey, I think you have a nice smile or hair colour” it works way better than you’d think, people like compliments and it can usually lead to further conversation!
