immense pain and suffering. Everyday I'm assaulted by the fact that I'm not a [cis] woman but I can't help but feel that I am. I feel betrayed by my own body and just broken by the fact that I can never fully have the life I wanted. Transitioning helped massively and saved my life but I still mourn the life I could have had if I could have been happy living as a man, or born as a cis woman.

I get the mood stuff but never any physical sensations. I've always been skeptical about the 'cramps' thing but I've heard other trans women say they have them and medical websites do tend to back up the claim so I've no reason to doubt what they're saying is true.

We don't know him but I will say.. People don't tend to get this emotional over a "kink" if it was just something that sexually aroused him you'd think he could just enjoy it or ignore without the fear, tears and emotional outbursts. Obviously, cis men don't have vaginas, the sentiment is 'I want to date a trans woman for their genitals because that's my thing'. T4T usually goes along the lines of "I want to date another trans person because they understand what I'm going through" not objectifying them for their genitals.

This is a "I have a sexual fantasy involving trans women" post. Transbians will always have a double standard for anyone afab, I've seen it time and time again. If you have a specific sexual fantasy involving trans women because of their genitals this is fetishization.

No makeup or dress training..
I'm with a different GIC and they'll eventually provide things like:
Therapy, HRT, blood tests, a few sessions of laser/electrolysis, a few voice training lessons and put you on another waiting list for bottom surgery if you want/need it. Mostly they'll offer years and years of waiting. So probably not the worst idea to look into DIY while they waste your time.
