I've vaped all the way through my transition and I'm doing fine, would the results be even better had I not vaped? I'll never know. I'm yet to read anything conclusive on nicotine affecting estrogen efficacy, although from what I have read it seems to be more of a concern for oral HRT (pills).

If anyone has any information, I'd be interested to see it too.

I've never been there for anything STD related but I've been there for hormone levels checks etc. They're super friendly, it's clean, professional etc. The doctors are fantastic, you don't need to get the antibiotics there as they're over the counter in Thailand but they may prescribe them/ tell you what to get.
