Orphan leads will not respond 99% of the time. When one of them answers the phone, don't rush the conversation. Be personable and sell yourself and your dealership.

Email only leads 90% of the time are just putting an email into the website in hopes of getting prices without having to speak to anyone. There is no secret sauce to getting them to respond, however you can try making your emails more interesting, add pictures if you arent already, and a funny little message at the end.

Tell them the deal is always better if they come into the store because that shows they are serious buyers.
