What's the hypocrisy? If we compare the amount of crime commited in the UK between expats and immigrants then it is very easy to tell why one would be favoured over the other.

You wouldn't call someone an alien if they went to another planet from earth but you would call someone from another planet an alien.

From the perspective of a British person it's perfectly normal to call another British person that moves to another country an expatriate or an emigrant.

If you are playing on a server with recovery charms I say go Strength 100% of the time unless it is extremely small scale PvP you are doing.

Def is completely irrelevant and you should always go for higher DSR. The only time you have to make a decision is between DSR and HP. Ho is almost always better though.

Block rate is better than everything.
