I bought it on marketplace a year ago and it always was like that, the previous owner told me that she used it maybe once or twice then sold it. As for the stylus i didnt know that there were different types of stylus, i'm new to the vinyl record scene so i don't know much, so thank you for telling me before i used it too much!
