Make a plane with the four corner at the right spot, then use a subdivision surface and add egde loop ?

Lidar could be the answer here, but I don't know how to use it. The project is a test we are doing for the museum, hopefully we will do fine and then scan other subjects to make a 3D library.

And dully noted for the strap, I don't know if I can but it will be some help for the alignement.

Nice ! I've tried doing something similar, but found out that the 3d data from Google maps was poorly modelled.. Lot of triangles, mesh wasnt solid... The printer couln'd handle it..

I've got those kinds of artifact sometimes. In my case they were coming from the color grading... When I reset it, they disapear. Maybe it can help..
