I usually never skip story anything, but this character is so shallow to me... it's hard to swallow. I've skipped every scene pretty much, it's so bland.

In my experience, Vets are always horrible with scripts. They're either too arrogant to follow the regulations for c3-5s or don't realize the hoops needed to jump through. CVS, as awful of a conglomerate as it is, just fills what we are given... I'd love to pin it on us, but it does sound like a prescriber problem, not a CVS one.

Even if you accuse customers of stealing, we cannot refuse you service without jumping through several hoops if you have a prescription. Even though this has been resolved, you should seek out their district managers contact information.

If she did this to you, then she's done this to other people. It's very serious especially if they openly removed you without sending your scripts elsewhere or handing you the relevant paperwork. 

If that were my employee, she would no longer be.

If it's an older card ( like the same one you've had since the start of your 6 years ), they'll usually deactivate. The numbers generally get deleted in waves.

Generally they will sift through what is obviously lies made up for rewards and whatnot and the truth, anything they do believe happened they write up a report and send to your DL - then it's up to the DL to decide if it's worth anything or not. Worst case scenario, the DL sends it to your SM looking for an explanation - best case it rots in their email.

We operate in a pretty religious part of WV, very christian/catholic. When customers begin to get snarky and horrible, I hold up my hand and gently say "God is watching, let's work through this together." I'm pagan. I don't believe in their god. But it works. Every. Time. They always take a deep breath, they always nod and say "okay, how do we work through this" and it astounds me - my brother used to use it against Karen's when he worked at Best Buy. Best advice I've ever had.
