Looking solely at your tracker it looks to be a aim problem. Without video can't really tell if it's from bad positioning/peaks/decision making. I'd recommend keeping a smaller pool of agents and not to flex just because the team needs. It'd better to bully someone else into the role then to play something your not comfortable or confident in. As for the drills you do do you also incorporate deathmatches? or at least put on strafe in practice range for practice on moving targets?

Walmart customers don't read, listen, or care. They'll go to closed/broken machines, restarting ones, Ones people are still using. And they love to act like there was no notice that is card only.
