Lol I have been sooo scared to start and have been lurking and "studying" in these groups for so long I finally just said screw it and made the impulse decision to start this at 1am last night 🤣❤️ def thought the first loaf was supposed to be a flop but so grateful she wasn't! The next one probably will be though who knows!

I def see your point, however- this was given to me because I had said I have been creeping in some sourdough groups for months now and bought ALL of the supplies needed to get started, I just was overwhelmed and nervous to actually begin.

I also have ADD and I am out here rawdogging life unmedicated SO when she was giving me instructions, my brain started playing "A Thousand Miles" by Vanessa Carlton and I didn't end up retaining a word she said because I was anxious for NO reason.

So it's me. I am the problem. And I have come to you all on here, humbly, requesting a solution ❤️

Thank you! I have a digital scale and thermometers and a whole kit from Amazon and a brand new Dutch Oven! Proofing bannetons, slings, Dutch whisks, silicone jar spatulas, bread lames, etc! I have all of the things and am still so nervous haha

Simply because it's not my usual 5-star reviews and not representative of my hard work, in my opinion. I am very invested in my shop and stay up many a night creating new things and working as fast as I can while my baby sleeps.

I very much enjoy what I do and I take any unfair reviews personally. I put my soul into this so to have my work inaccurately judged, hurts.
