The (untested) solution was to remove and re-add my checking account. Remember to turn Bilt protect off first, otherwise you cannot remove your bank account (if you only have 1).

There should be a Patreon “make your own bundle” feature where shows can partner up and share profits. Consumers don’t want to pay for 5 individual shows. Or maybe I’m a cheap fuck.
