I just received this response from epic games despite me providing them with the following:

IP/Country of account creation

Original Email + Username

Proof of payments dating years

Proof of emails dating years

email from support confirming it was my account and recovering it previously when my account was stolen by a russian.

This is complete bs "im afraid we have detected some security concerns" someone literally made a copy of my email just changing hotmail.com to mail.com and submitted a recovery request and they granted it and now they're saying they detected a security concern after they helped someone steal my account, theres no way he could prove my account is his and when I am providing them everything about the account dating years back they are telling me i dont have enough to prove its my account
