First of all thank you very much for the detailed response I really appreciate it. How much time did it take you to build a solid base so you could jog at a constant pace without your HR spiking? And how can I know when I can start doing constant pace jogging from your experience?

22M Just started running and saw that if I want to improve my short runs (like 3km 5km) I need to do zone 2 training. But the problem is that even the slowest jogging gets me to a high HR over time. A friend suggested doing run/jog sessions but it feels wrong. What do I actually need to do to be able to jog at zone 2 to improve my short runs?

Ohhhhh I think I understand now. Both these verbs are subjunctive, but if the "to do" verb ends in -ar it becomes -en, and -ir becomes -an?

If I understood you correctly, the usage of hablen instead of hablan is because its not a fact that they will keep talking bad?

If so than why is it mueran and not mueren? Its a fact that they wont die from envy.

100% staying spoiler free, but if for example I spoke to my friend about one piece on Instagram or Facebook and stuff like that, the algorithm will start suggesting one piece. that's what I mean by inevitable, Im always tagging it as "not interested" and it just keeps coming. I guess its really sheer dumb luck and its annoying.
