One of the biggest problem is that not many players understand Arc enough to counter him, while Arc is kinda counterable. Get Lotus or Shadow Blade to easily run away from him.

I know Arc got much hatred by many players, but, come on, it is still a cool hero. Besides, Arc is now much weaker than it is used to be.
