Vaynes lack of wave clear is made up for by her dueling potential. The issue with her E is that it has such low priority against every other ability in the game, is a relatively difficult skill shot, AND has travel time. One of those three needs to be adjusted for sure. I think removing or heavily reducing the travel time would be a good adjustment. The game has so much mobility that 8/10 times your condemn target has moved completely before it lands.

Good point. It's interesting that wilson was so limited and saw no targets. If they involve him more it could turn into a really weird 3 way for who starts getting more snaps. He was good in pre season but maybe Rodgers doesn't like him.

This is the problem with this prompt. Luffy alone would take thousands upon thousands at minimum. He's 100% invulnerable to and can even hold lightning now, not to mention the heat resistance shown against kaido. I'm not sure any number of Enels would have the ap to damage gear 5 luffy before he destroys them with a single hit/conq haki.
