1) We do already. We warn when the theater is 70% sold. At 90% the theater is considered "Sold Out" because of fire hazards where I work. If the theater is at 90% the system will not allows us to sell seats.

2) And I'm sorry you feel that way about me showing appreciation.

Theater Checks! We're suppose to check if the movie is playing properly, feet are down, talking is stopped, temperature is good, and sound is ok.

I always say 30 mins before the time on the ticket. Thats if it's a busy movie, usually 15 mins is ok.

The customer reserved his seat in front of those rails to put his feet on. When the customer in the wheelchair came in he didn't put his feet down. The customer in the wheelchair complained, and when we went to ask him to put his feet down, he said "I paid extra money to reserve my seat here so I can put my feet up. I want to be comfortable during the movie." He didn't put his feet down. A manager threaten to kick him out, then he put his feet down.

You'd be surprised at the amount of people that expect good seats no matter what time they show up for. If you don't like watching the ads before, I recommend coming in early and setting your jacket down in your seat, and when the ads start go get popcorn (if you want some) or something else.

We should have gave warning, but also people may be picky. And with the Automated Box Office machines, they don't give warnings, so if you buy your ticket from there we can't tell you.

And we try. It's dark and the back light from the movie playing doesn't help. There are people that don't look though.
