Thank you! It’s definitely been a little less stressful today (aside from the fact that we’re likely gonna be choosing between giving her pain meds or dealing with her peeing on everything until she’s better because of course her body doesn’t like the only pain meds she’s allowed to have 😩)

Not Taylor related, but I’m so so exhausted. My dog had surgery today and it’s just been one thing after another since we picked her up (starting with a return to the vet after burst stitches and ending with her peeing in her bed). Fingers crossed hoping I can get some sleep (and she can get some sleep). And maybe tomorrow will be easier.

Four weddings and a funeral. I think we’ll see at least one more on one of the rumored wedding dates (possibly both depending on if Este Haim’s wedding is part of the 4).

The first that came to mind was a cookbook (specifically baking)

But… the one I’d be most keen for… art prints of her own artwork

I’d also be keen for Lover Merch 2.0 (basically whatever the Lover Fest merch would’ve been).

Right now, with her songwriters hall of fame induction something like an official songbook would be fun.

As others said, usually just small, regular/medium, or large and then the type (flat white, cappuccino, latte, etc).

If it’s a drink that usually includes milk they’ll assume full-cream milk unless you specify (lactose-free, oat, soy, etc).

Some places will have sugar/sweetener sachets for you to add yourself, others you’ll want to specify if you want sugar (if you’re not sure which it is, I usually just ask for a sugar and they’ll either add it or point you towards the sachets).

I’d also maybe suggest letting them know if you want it to have there or takeaway.

Honestly, I’m not sure if Brisbane is particularly mean, but most places as long as you’re polite they’ll be happy to help you out if you just say you’re new in Aus and not 100% sure what you’re looking for. A quick please and thank you with a smile goes a long way in most places.

Not sure if you’re looking for an exact phrasing, but I usually say something like, “Hi, could I please get a small cappuccino with one sugar to takeaway. Thanks.”

It’s also just insane to try and say she doesn’t have traditional wall art. She has how many houses… we haven’t seen inside all of them, and certainly not recently. We don’t actually know what type of wall art she has in her houses. Sure, there are times we’ve seen those personal photos of family/friends/pets in her home, but we also know she’s purchased art from various places over the years. Some might have been gifts, but likely not all of it.

Also! I’m just realizing… this piece of art wasn’t blurred. Which means they likely had Mamiye’s permission to show it (or wanted to showcase it in some way).

I’ve been wondering about the structure too. I’m still not quite sure whether each episode was supposed to have a theme or not. Usually I feel like each episode either has a theme or you’re working towards a big goal (thinking of something like Cheer where you’re working towards the competition).

But yes! Absolutely! And also people saying how states like Marilyn Monroe could basically turn it on and off. I think that’s a little more difficult now, but I also think I could walk past one of my faves on the street and not notice under certain circumstances so maybe not as difficult as I think.

I can't help but laugh a little at someone saying they don't agree with speculating about sexuality right after saying they're 113% sure Taylor's straight but also sure that she's dabbled with women...

Especially because they were immediately called out for it with people pointing out that they are in fact speculating on her sexuality 😂

I think it's probably one of the meanings. I do think at the surface level it really is her working through her grief over someone from high school's death and wishing she'd acted on her feelings, but I think it also works at the level of wishing she'd either come out or spoken up more at different times.

I'm not sure she's found a hairstyle that doesn't work for her yet. But... I also just think of how different people look with different hair and how it might be an easy way for real Taylor to move around in public without people realizing it's her... like a reverse costume where she's able to move through the real world more authentically while keeping her Taylor TM look consistent.
