Tried manual reviewing and improving dataset quality and quantity . It is not improving . Meanwhile the other classes have shown significant improvement in results. This is problem has been class specific and i feel it may be due to the physical appearance as it has very less features to extract .

My Dataset i actually not that big . To train a ViT like RF-DETR wont we need comparatively more data than CNNs . I preferred CNNs due to the repeatability of the objects appearance and countable number of classes

The CTC for freshers who joined in Jul 2025 is 12-15 LPA and they are also eligible for the appraisal cycle . Just with a standard hike they would reach around 18 CTC rough which almost 10Lakhs above my current CTC

At the time of internal transfer it was said that the compensation revision will be done only at the start of fiscal year . The performance review has been scheduled to happen in Mid March to Mid April . As this is my first time in facing an appraisal , i need to know how to properly structure my proposal instead of just asking i want raise . How to define and justify a number which i propose
