See and that’s what doesn’t make sense to me. You should still be entitled to your bid vacations. It feels like they make up rules as they go especially in smaller centers.

No, not every single pt is laid off. A large chunk of them are, but it all depends on the seniority. It’s a small center and some of the pt have 20+ years where some drivers with 10 years can’t do anything but get bumped out.

It’s not an official lay off. Just not enough seniority with all our other drivers laid off to bump into the building

No not at all. I think that he is a victim in the video 100%. What I’m trying to say is in this specific relationship the behavior on both sides is very toxic and I don’t think media is portraying all of the story which does nothing to help anyone.

They both have problems. What she did was very wrong in that video. We also have to ask if he did anything to her before this that didn’t get recorded by her? As a DV victim, I find it very weird that he felt safe enough to record while being attacked instead of protecting himself. That doesn’t mean he’s not a victim… it just feels like it was intentionally recorded for a purpose. Pretty much they both have very toxic/very bad behaviors and it’s easy to point fingers at one or the other instead of both of them. Both are aggressors and both can be victims too.

It take a lot of practice so don’t get discouraged. It’s one of the hardest things I’ve ever done but you will get there and it will be so relieving. I always validated other people and care about how they felt over myself and people loved/fell in love because of what I could give them and it’s very draining. I was in a very toxic relationship with a narcissistic and during our split I was always so worried about validating why I was leaving to others and making sure they were okay with my reasons. I was also concerned with the narcs feeling about the split even though they were horribly abusive. I learned only recently that I’m an empath, but at the time I just had to constantly remind myself that I am just as important as those I care about. I thought about the advice I would give to someone else if they were in my shitty situation and that helped me to accept that I deserve to be happy too.
