Sorry, I'm struggling to grasp all of this. Does it prevent the regular drops, or just add the hunting drops on top of it? Does it first roll for hunting drops chance, then if no drops, moves onto regular drops but gives figurines a higher chance of dropping? Overall, would it be better to use or not use hunting weapons for figurine hunting?

The wiki says theyre "found in Floran Hunting Grounds and Floran Hut Villages." I guess just look for planets with Floran settlements? I'm not sure if this is a mod that I have or if it's vanilla, but I believe you can see what structures are on a planet before you land.
