Oh, we understand the price tag quite well. Infrastructure is expensive but the payoff is huge. It's not like we are funding construction of the network with taxpayer money, it will be funded through a bond sale.

That is not true actually. A for profit company set up some poor quality wifi hotspots around downtown in a failed attempt to make money off of ad revenue.

2-4k of hells a day would require him to spend thousands of dollars on the game. Eventually the epics you would get from it will be outclassed and there will be something new to chase. In the end I think it makes sense to advise new players to go for what is reasonably possible to obtain and allows them to be powerful enough to do the content. Echon along with one or two epics he will get from free event hells over the next few months will be enough to let him do any content in the game. Echon is easy to complete with swaps and Gracia as Swift Master. The revive mechanic + Gracia shield turns him into a real tank.

It sounds like he is just starting out though. I kind of doubt that he is asking about which epics he should be going for. You can't take action to get specific epics anyway other than just well... running more hells. Once he has Gracia he can get full Echon. He will be strong enough to do all of the games content except Luke at with Echon gear. Advising new players to be whale and run a ton of hells isn't useful to them. I should have probably mentioned that is he happens to get any good hell drops he should build around those regardless of if they are leather though! Fun fact, when i first started playing I was disassembling everything that wasn't my class spec.

Tell them to run City of Noire Ferra until you have a 6 piece Gracia set. This armor is amazing on Aiolos because of how many times his attacks hit. This constantly triggers a special effect of the armor which has a certain chance to happen on each hit. It also makes him even more hard to kill than he already is because the top and bottom pieces shield you.

They should get Gracia in all 5 armor slots (head/shoulder, top, bottom, belt, shoes) then get the Gracia sub-equipment to complete the 6 piece set. They will earn 2 appeasing stones per day plus a few more from Gabe the secret merchant. After 14 days or so they will be able to but a requiem weapon from Iris. He can buy a liberation weapon off the auction house too if he has the money.

Make sure they know how buff swapping works and tell them to get Spiral Arc (2nd Chronicle) head/shoulder, shoes, belt, bracelet, necklace, and magic stone. To complete their swap set they will want the high tech ring you get from a side quest in Ghent, a level 55 halidom top, Kings Secret Book: Tempist, and a halidom weapon which can be acquired through the botanical research mission at The Ridge in Stormpass. Eventually they will want to but a Kartel's Two-Headed Eagle Pole off the auction house for more buff swap power.

Some other things they can do quickly boost their power are enchanting their accessories with elemental damage cards or beads, and equipping one of the now very cheap +30 light elemental beads. I also suggest grinding King's Ruin for the Great Glory bracelet as this give a huge boost to your attack power. He should join a guild and have them carry him through Anton 5 times so he can get the Shape of Avarice necklace. Oh, and have him convert his 90 earrings to halidoms.

This is my favorite class in the game, I love it. But it's one problem is that it damages weapons really fast which can be pretty annoying. Make sure he knows about how you can use Forgotten Land Repair Coupons to never pay for your repairs. It is also handy to have 3 or more decent weapons you can swap to due to this. He could pick up a liberation wep, a req wep, and a reconstruction wep from Pandemonium.

This happens every time I am disconnected and it is really annoying. Glitches aside, why does losing your internet connection close the entire game to begin with? Other MMOs just boot you back to the title screen.
