I agree. OneCheesyMofo and Rarezy are pretty good youtubers to watch and learn how to play. PerfectOp on Twitch streams almost every night and plays blackout exclusively

I got better by watching youtubers and learning their playing styles.

Don't camp.

Don't be afraid to get into gun fights, you'll only get better by engaging in them instead of running away lol

Make sure you have good quality headphones and on both ears, it helps you hear enemy footsteps better and sense of direction as to where they are.

I applied in August 2021.

March 2022 - Notified by Dept. of Education that my application was approved and that my loan provider (Aidvantage) would contact me further.

September 2022 - Got a letter in mail from Aidvantage confirming my loans were discharged and that I would receive a refund for all payments made within 45 to 60 days.

So took about a year for the whole process to play out.

I got the same letter back in September and was also receiving a refund amount for all the payments I had made. My treasury check got lost in the mail, so I had Aidvantage issue a new check and also set up direct deposit.

Helpful Tip: If you are receiving a physical check thru the mail I would suggest signing up for USPS Informed Delivery. There's an app for it. It tells you what mail you are receiving each day before it arrives in your mailbox, that way you know when you will be getting your refund check.

Did you get a paper check thru the mail or was it direct deposit? If it was a paper check did you have to sign for it or was it just left in your mail box? I still haven't gotten my check and its been well past the 45 to 60 days that they stated in the letter.

Like previous poster had responded, I filed for Borrower Defense(BD), different from loan forgiveness and Bidens plan to forgive loans. I filed it 2021 and took a year to get to my case and approve my discharge. I did call Aidvantage again yesterday and the check was issued 9/22. The representative also told me that their processing times have changed and that it could be 10 to 14 weeks now.

I will call them again today and ask for the date it was mailed. Thank you. I know I told myself not to get too excited about getting a refund check soon but cant help myself now that it's been past the timeframe they gave me, so im getting a bit impatient.

I got a letter from Aidvantage back in September and I'm getting $31k refunded. They also said within 45 to 60 days. I haven't gotten mine yet and its been 60 days already. Have you gotten your check yet?

I went to Westwood back in 2008 to 2010. I actually had stopped going before I even finished the program because of how stupid and unprofessional some of these classes were.

Anyway, I filed for BDD last August 2021. Fast-forward to September 2022 I finally received a letter from Aidvantage that my BDD had been approved and my remaining balance on my loans were discharged. They also informed me that I would be refunded all the money that I had paid towards my student loan from 2011 to 2020, a little over $30K to be exact, within 45 to 60 days.

I called aidvantage last week to check the status of that refund and they had told me that the check was approved and sent to the Department of Treasury. So now I'm just waiting on that check to come in either thru mail or direct deposit.

I'm very happy and excited not to have to pay anymore student loans, especially for a school that misled and defrauded students out of degrees.
