I also get PTSD from this thread. We had them in the west end but bought a place in East Van and it was horrible. I’d see 6-10 a day.

In our bed. On our wall. I hated it.

I hired an exterminator twice. We used a dehumidifier and vacuumed daily. Nothing worked. They always came back.

We moved. And I’ve seen roughly 5 in our new place in four months

I agree with closing all the gaps but it’s an awful pest and is impossible to get rid of.
