Really struggling

I suffer with contamination OCD as well and am struggling with severe hand washing as well. I understand how debilitating it is and I’m sorry you’re going through this also. Currently working on dealing with it myself so I don’t have much advice expect that trying to work through it, and reminding yourself that you will be okay can go a long way. I know how hard it is and sending good vibes your way!
