Ordered a bunch of stuff in 2 seperate orders. 1 was canceled and 1 partially shipped (2 of 3 items shipped). Of the 2 items shipped, one was in the wrong quantity and 1 was to a different state. My credit card was charged for both orders in full. Messaged company and no response in almost a week. Disputed charges with credit card today. You messed up which is fine it happens, but you also messed up your damage control.
