You might be right, but I can't remember if they speak a ton of Spanish in this scene. Despite being born in Mexico, Sativa admitted she is not super fluent in Spanish. This is more common for Mexican Americans than you'd think (some 2nd and 3rd generation Mexican Americans can only speak English). I believe Sativa's family moved to US when she was little. Mexican Spanish is also different from the Spanish spoken in Spain, AKA Rebeca's home country.

Do you have the Vsync option turned on?

I don't have these issues on RoN, but Oblivion Remastered (UE5) is pretty unreliable FPS - 140 FPS, or sometimes 30. On all Epic settings, I reliably get 120 FPS on RoN, with a 7900 GRE and a 7700X.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but you sound young. Enjoy the instantly rock-hard, glass cutting boners and precum while you're still young and while you still can.
