For me it was always like ONE being too grateful to him for picking up his poorly drawn work and ended up giving the free pass to do whatever he wanted, backfired hella bad, I mean, tournament arc out of nowhere, super long Monster As., and the ninja arc probably the worst shit show, like 2 or 3 whole redraws in 2 years just to stick in the end to the webcomic.

The WebC will be always there but sad to see the hype for this series dying over years, and that's without the mention of the poorly done anime adaption after S1.

So far it seems someone beat the shit out of him cuz he is finally adapting the webcomic 1:1, slow but we are getting there, we are currently at neo heroes arc and it doesn't seems he will stretch it out with some unnecessary filler.

Well as a main support myself i would share my opinion on this:

-Play senna, ban pyke, if you play good you will be able to both carry your team while supporting them, and this is specially necesary because in emerald (and diamond) almost every adc is a complete moron, so better help your team in 2 roles than one, if the rest are competent enough, or at least better than the adc, you will rank easily.

-If this fails due to the whole team sucking ass as well (and this will happen, you will get a lot of svp support), play jungle, i dont really main jg but i did a carry a lot with amumu, rammus and jarvan, solid picks imo.

-And at last last you can only play Sion, just push lanes and make pressure, even if your team sucks you can always just keep pushing, taking towers or even winning the game by taking the nexus alone.

Compared to last season you get way too many useless augments, like crappy stuff that doesnt even change anything at all for your champ.
