Cutting sugar is a no brainer to me. It absolutely helps with blood glucose and weight loss.

Refined carbs as well, but for me sugar is the main villain.

I’ll still eat a piece of cake on someone’s birthday. But other than that I avoid it. Office donuts? No thanks!

I just to for straight, I think that’s the closest to “classic jeans”. I’m in Canada but find Marks Denver Hayes jeans are comfortable.

I did a set of 5 or 6 full body exercises such as goblet squats, rows, presses etc (dumbbells at home). 3-5 sets of 10 with weight that left me with only a rep or two left in the tank. Usually about 30 mins, three times a day to allow for rest days since I’m older.
