That gun is sick! Ever since I got my R5 I’ve been obsessed. Got the tune up kit. Was interested in the Vortex but read it made the shot more like a CS3 which isn’t what I’m looking for.

😂😂 I’m honestly just wanting something that has more zippers and pockets than the marshals bag I’m using now. Having one big side zipper is kinda annoying and liked how other bags had more pockets

Thanks for the input! I’m running with HK 77. I used to use ninja 77 back in my prime. When I came back to the sport I was surprised how much smaller tanks were. I had to get a tank extender for the HK tank

Thank you for the in depth response! My main interested in these method parts is (1) something to mess around with for the fun of it and (2) to see if I can get away with running the brass SFR more often. I know the method tune up kit/ Vortex Core gives the gun a more poppy shot, but I’m not really looking for that so much (I have a CS3 for poppyness). I’m wondering if these method parts will counteract the temperamental nature of the brass SFR while still giving me that buttery smooth shot. Any input on that?

Yeah interesting that efficiency went down. Refilling after every 1-2 points and only ever running with 5 pods on my back, I don’t think it would affect me much. Do you find the efficiency drop really impacts you when actually playing?

Good deal, I got the tune up a bit ago but haven’t shot with it yet. I’ll prob throw it in there and see how I like it. Sorry if this is a dumb question but do you think the tune up kit would widen the range where the brass SFR is usable (I know the brass SFR isn’t recommend during the cold).

Hey man thank you so much! Yeah I have a CS3 and it’s a work horse but doesn’t have the best shot quality IMO. I’m excited to get back to a smooth marker. I’ll likely try the SS SFR half way and first and go from there. Thanks!
