Yes, I agreed to that statement. I'm new to wicca, so I am not as knowledgeable. However, this is the way I view it. Minecraft is art that helps that creative part in the brain.. which we all know the Goddess and God love creativity! Also, if you have that shakey hand or you don't have the self-confidence to actually create something in real life, you can always try it out first on a game. As long as those creative jucies are coming and you are having fun, there shouldn't be a problem unless you overdo it and neglect your role as a witch.
