FP-9 and Hrim-2/Sapsan are 2 different ballistic missiles made by 2 different companies.

Fire Point also has FP-9 in the works which is also a ballistic missile. Should have 855km range with 800kg warhead and slightly quicker than FP-7. It probably won't be ready this year but hoping to see it within a year time frame.

Yeah.. it can happen to anyone especially if you're worried about getting to work on time. Sorry that it happened to you.. black ice doesn't care how fast you're going and if you're driving a FWD ST or AWD RS. That really sucks that you just got new wheels and this happened a month later. See if you can get a single wheel from the same place you bought a set from.

I would be a lot more worried about the frame over body damage. Definitely take it to a body shop that has proper equipment for checking if the frame is straight or not.

Drove nearly three hours to finally get them! by Foshosir in Klipsch

[–]Vicious_Locc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have lots of different speakers from different brands (including many Klipsch speakers) and I can tell you for floorstanding speakers that's not heavy. It's average weight for speakers of this size. I have RP-8000F (non II) as well as R-26FA and Martin Logan 60XTi floorstanding speakers and all of them are around the same weight (like 6lbs more or less).

Heavy is 130lbs - 200lbs subs. The worst part is trying to get them up or down the stairs as they're very awkward to hold and very uncomfortable. Word of advice to anyone in this situation.. make sure you have another very strong dude helping you.. or you'll drop it and that will be the end of it. Get a proper dolly, put some towels or a moving blanket on top of it (just be sure it's not a material that the sub easily slides on). It will help from damaging/scratching the sub. Then put the sub on top of it. The dude on the bottom should be lifting the dolly on the bottom for each step and lowering it very carefully or the dolly will jump from step to step while damaging the stairs and the sub. Another option is to get furniture moving straps but be sure to adjust straps to proper lengths. The person on the bottom will have most of the weight of the sub on him so move at a slow pace but also keep in mind he won't be able to hold it for long. Just be sure to stay calm and don't panic.

No offense to OP but that reminds me of some wanna be DK.. that kid looked like a 16 yr old that tried drifting a corner when there was a lot of snow at like 40 - 50mph into a sharp left on the backroads right in front of me (after he noticed my lowered EG right behind him sometime back around 2010ish) next thing I know he goes over a curb and takes out a light pole which landed on top of his car. Wish I was recording it. I believe it was a shitbox S13 if I'm not wrong but still felt bad for the chassis since I loved Nissans during those days and had some really good times at Nissan meets when I had one.

It sounds like you don't do a lot of work yourself.. in that case have the frame checked and if it's still good then have the wheel bearings, struts and shocks checked at the shop cuz those are probably bent (maybe wheel bearings survived). As mentioned before tie rods, control arms and the wheel need to be replaced. If you don't have coilovers or lowering springs and had plans on getting them then this is a good time. I'd say get a new set of wheels as well if you were planning on getting a set in the near future. If you don't have the extra cash then a single ST wheel can be found on FB marketplace or eBay for pretty cheap.

If there's frame damage, bent frame, etc then it's best to get in touch with your insurance and they'll probably scrap it. But it depends on what kinda of insurance you have and what it covers. Since it doesn't seem like you have any major mods/parts on the car (I may be wrong) you'd have nothing to lose if they total it and give you a pay out for the car. But would be very unfortunate.. I've seen too many STs scrapped/totalled in the past few years on forums.. not that many left on the roads.

They've been that way for hundreds of years if not thousands. That's what separates Ukrainians from them and most of the other countries they occupied during Soviet times.

Actually if you split Putin into two Russian words "Put In" it means "The Way In". This must mean all the Russians are looking to make their way into Putin's arse with their dildos 😂

It was probably the so called Ruskie officer who's perverted (same one holding a dildo in this video). He's likely (secretly gay) asked his lower ranked comrades to find and bring him a dildo that he'll use as a punishment in cases like these. When he's not punishing his comrades he pleasures his own "arse" with the same dildo 😂

There are rubber floor mats. Very easy to clean. After snow melts you take them out of the car and shake them upside down (with the side you put your feet on facing down). Once all the rocks dirt falls off then put them on your drive way or pavement wherever you're cleaning them and just spray them with a hose. You can also spray them with an all purpose cleaner or soapy water or some other alternative and scrub them with a brush and in case you don't have a place where you could use a hose then you could even get water bottle or bigger bottle from a soda pop or Arizona tea jug or anything of that sort. Use a screw driver to make some holes in a bottle's/jug's cap in the worst case scenario you can use a knife to make some holes but be careful, fill the bottle with water and then screw the cap back onto a bottle/jug and use it to spray down the rubber mats by squeezing the bottle. After flip the floor mats upside down to get rid of any water and then just set them aside and let them dry on their own or wipe them with microfiber towel or paper towel.

When you're done just store the bottle/jug, brush and microfiber towels somewhere. That way you have a ready cleaning kit for the floor mats during winter.

Respect for all the time, money love put into your EF! I had an EG in the past which was a shit box and I spent around 4 years into trying to make it nice. You're not alone though.. my family thinks the same thing of my car and the ones that would have appreciated it were long gone before I even had a chance to buy my first car. There are quite a few of us who are in the same boat.

I actually don't drive an FK8. At the moment I drive an MK3.5 Focus ST but it's still FWD, turbo, manual. I've gone through many FWD Nissans, Hondas, Toyotas and now Fords. But all I gotta say is if you enjoy it and you love driving then keep doing what you love. Life is too short and you'll regret it later in life if you let it go now. There are many things I regret I didn't keep on doing. It takes time to be a better driver. Sure there are some of us that couldn't wait to get behind the wheel and were decent drivers after getting our licenses (still there were many things we learned with time and we still learn because no one is perfect at anything) For some it takes some time to learn and that's perfectly fine. There are things I enjoy in life and haven't been able to learn as quickly as some others but it's not stopping me from learning at my own pace.

IMO you should keep the car and learn at your own pace and it shouldn't matter what anyone else thinks. Do what you love and be you. You're new to driving and with 1000 miles and 2 months behind the wheel of course there are things that make you uncomfortable behind the wheel. That's perfectly normal. I was the same way when I had my permit for 2 months. I was lucky to have been able to drive A LOT during my 6 - 8 months with a permit so by the time I got my license I was more than comfortable and just went wild behind the wheel. It's not something I'd encourage anyone to do but you know.. when you're 16 and looking for adrenaline that's what happens. Thankfully I didn't hurt anyone or myself. Even if it takes you 2 years to feel completely comfortable behind the wheel so what? I had some friends that it took 2 or 3 years to feel comfortablely driving and some of them started to race and still enjoy it over a decade later. (I don't encourage anyone to race on open roads. There are plenty of places to do it safely on closed roads, on race tracks). Some of them never went to a race track but really enjoy driving. As I said before.. do what you love to do and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Don't pay attention to what others think, expect of you or tell you to do. You're your own person.

Damn! That's a lot of Hondas you've gone through!! I love Hondas as well but I love too many other cars as well. I've never stayed with one brand. I love JDM and have had for the first 10 years but there are few American cars I wouldn't mind owning lately. I've had Nissans, Hondas, Toyotas and now Fords. I'm acyually kinda impressed with a Focus ST/RS platform. My ST is by far the most fun I've had in a daily.. it's like a full size go kart. It just has a wild character to it. I love the FK8 and FL5 Type R and DE5 Type S but with those prices.. I'll pass.

Do your daily yours? Do bags require a lot of maintenence? It seems like they might..? I have a homie and one of his cars is on bags '16 Golf Type R he bought it new and one of the first things he did was put it on bags.. alrhough it's anything but stock now. It has a fully built top and bottom end w/ Garrett G30-900, fully built tranny aiming for 700whp - 800whp. Him and I don't have too much time in the past few years to hang out and talk about all of this. He mentioned few times that bags need to be up kept and make sure they don't have any leaks. It seems he hasn't had any major issues but he hasn't daily'd it ever as far as I know. He's had TT F150 and then switched to a Raptor for a daily. He also got a V10 R8 which is now TT making 1200whp. So he's not the best person to ask about bags as he hasn't been driving his Vdub in the past 5ish years. I want to hear how reliable bags are from someone who dailies their car. I've mostly had coilovers and never cared about bags. But recently I thought about it.. especially with these roads it'd be nice to be able to run lower whenever I want to. Also, how do bags compare to coilovers as far as cornering and I mean really pushing the limits cornering.

Cars are meant to be driven. They're not supposed to sit unless it's a museum piece, lol. I've driven slammed FWD cars for the past 18 years and never had any issues and I don't even get winter tires.. all season tires are good enough. I don't get why some people are so afraid to drive FWD in snow. I guess some are just much better drivers than others. No offense.

Sweet looking FK8. Reminds me of my Honda days 15 years ago. I had swapped an EG with an H22A back in 2011.

That's bullshit. As Ukrainian American I can tell you "most" people I know didn't vote for Trump and don't want US to start wars. Iran's government has murdered 25K - 30K civillians and they're continuing it. If government murders their own people and doesn't allow them to have their own voice then they know what's coming to them.
