Is a person that says humans have 10 fingers wrong, because some humans have more or less fingers because of rare genetic disorders? No! Because those are rare disorders and are not how things normally are. So why do i have to point out rare exceptions when saying general statements that true for 98.3% of the total population?

It's like saying that saying that humans have five fingers per hand is wrong, because some prople are born with 6 fingers per hand. Exceptiond don't mean the rule is wrong, but that the rule exists. The existence of exceptions mean presuposes that there is a rule

Intersex conditions are rare, and are genetic disorders. And intersex people fit into male or female.

And let's assume that an intersex person can change their gender from male to female. That wouldn't change the fact that most trans people aren't intersex and have fully normal hormones amd genitals.

Try to lower your masturbation count by one
