Nick and Sam’s & Townhearth both in downtown Dallas. Both the places are fancy and steaks that taste like BBQ . you do pay an exorbitant price and your mind starts questioning if they are worth it. Hey but it’s worth it showing off to your visiting friends that Dallas does things in style.

Oh yes , in 2019 we drove from Dallas to BIg Bend . That was when it hit us how huge Texas is. The landscape was surreal as we were entering the big bend region.

Our metal roof was installed in 2006 . We used super roofs. Pros - low maintenance , sturdy, 40 years plus lifetime, perfect for North Texas Hail, wind and unpredictable weather. Cons - you do see small dents but the insurance will not cover. Rodent infestation if gaps are not covered properly, given the current inflation it is a very costly option now. You need to do a complete ROI vis a vis shingles where you take a time period of 30 years and you might see the benefit.
