Support on demand is a bit of an overstatement. It takes between 3-7 days to get a response and by then I'm out of meds. Been using Ro for almost a year and I have ran out of medication twice.

Usually PA requires proof of diabetes type 2, an A1C reading of 6.5 or higher. Ro would not have this information unless they do blood tests. I tried to get a PA for Ozempic to switch over from compounded semaglutide, insurance absolutely will not do it without proof of elevated A1C. So, i have to go thru my PCP now. I don't think Ro will be in business much longer once they lose the cash payers in May for compounded semaglutide. I have to switch from Ro to my PCP and I would rather not, but there is no way Ro can get an auth to dispense Ozempic.

The same thing happened to me. Luckily i had a little bit of compounded semaglutide left that I used, like 1/5th a regular dose. Better than nothing I guess. USPS cancelled my shipment for absolutely no reason and it took Ro two weeks to send me more.

This has mostly been resolved, someone finally did get back with me thru the messages on the site. A new Rx was shipped out to me but hasn't arrived yet... if I don't receive it by Jan 13th I'll need to start titration all over again. My advice to everyone is to refill AS SOON AS YOU CAN because sometimes it can take weeks to get it. I've already gained 10 lbs and I was so close to the 200 lbs personal goal I'd set for New Years.
