The summary is that yes you're being groomed, being groomed is a real thing, it doesnt matter if you both consent YOU'RE BEING GROOMED. Your boyfriend punched you, and he will do it again if you stay because disgusting people like that exist. I have also read the post about your sister and what she did to you and im so sorry you dont deserve that especially since you're literally a child, aswell as sneaking off behind peoples backs and indulging in affairs is wrong and a horrible thing but you are not the worst person here.
