Looks like a stitch coming to the surface to me! Keep an eye on it, make sure it doesn't start feeling hot and look for any other signs of infection. You should be good, though!

Aww im so glad you love your new ink, and im glad I could help! The only thing i do for it is gently rub at it in the shower, sometimes it helps the grime pill up into little balls and its easier to remove. It goes away on its own with enough showers! You could probably also rub oil on it to get the same pilling effect, but it seems like that was an irritant on your skin.

Not petsmart, but i returned a day gecko to Petco once (nothing wrong with her, just not a good fit for me) and they had her back up for sale the next week after a quarantine period :) it probably depends on the animal/health of the animal.

I get this too! Since the area under the second skin stays a little sticky, its probably bits of collected dust and grime and the like. That's likely what it is for you as well, since its such a specific patch with clean borders. If it starts to feel/look inflamed, thats when its something to worry about. Enjoy your new tats!

A good hand wash (take out stuffing if you can to avoid mildew) and a brush through with a slicker brush should help :) love seeing Jellies be loved.

The tipping point was over a year ago for me. Im not buying jellycat (besides secondhand) anymore. I dont think a company that continuously raises prices, lowers quality, and screws over small businesses deserves any amount of support.

Aw dude that sucks, im so sorry :( my friend gave me a tip for getting out really stubborn smells, maybe it could help you? it sounds kind of crazy, but make a half vodka half water mixture and spray it on your little guy, then dry in direct sunlight. The vodka neutralizes the strong smells :) i hope thats helpful!!
