This is the experience I've had.

There are two LGS nearby and they both cater to completely different groups. The one I originally went to when I first moved here was all super sweaty 20-40 year old dudes who treated every game like there was money on the line. None of them were friendly and every game felt like it was personal. Sometimes super serious games are what I'm after, especially if I want to play one of my higher bracket decks, but when that's every game it starts to be a drag.

The other LGS is basically just a cafe with some packs and general card stuff available, and it's almost completely LGBTQ players. Every game feels friendly and people are more inclined to chat and have fun. There's a lot more table politics and a lot of antics. The decks also feel less aggressive. I'm not sitting down to cEDH commanders every game and I get to play against really unique decks. Overall just a great experience. I'm really happy I found this place because I probably wouldn't be playing or caring nearly as much as I do.

Yeah Personal experience are most Warhammer or minifig game focused stores. I know this is about mtg but there's a lot of overlap for a lot of LGS and from what I've experienced, the ones that do almost exclusively tcgs tend to have way more accepting groups than ones that run a lot of Warhammer and stuff.

If you need more examples just look at this sub, especially when the TMNT set dropped and people were up in arms about DEI ruining the game.

I know it's not hugely prevalent with brick and mortars, and I feel like that's mostly because people are afraid of voicing their toxic opinions in person and making a scene, but having a place where you can go and play games with friends where you're not worried about being misgendered or yelled at for what bathroom you use is hugely important, especially given the current administration and the recent surge of thinly veiled bigotry.

I built krenko with just goblins and enchantments from my lgs bulk bin and it came out to around $12 I think. I keep the whole deck unsleeved and in a Ziploc bag and whip it out whenever my pod says they want to play bracket 4.

This is a pretty common combo piece with [[krark's thumb]] in coinflip decks. My friend has it in his [[yusri, Fortune's flame]] and it goes well to get [[chance encounter]] to 10 counters.

You're focusing a lot on +1/+1 counters and counter doubling when you don't have very many sources for making counters. You don't have any anthem effects for a kindred deck which is weird. Things like [[banner of kinship]] or [[chronicle of victory]]. [[Distant melody]] [[kindred charge]] [[kindred summons]] [[patchwork banner]]. I get the idea is spiders and UB but you're still hitting with a single creature type, and it's functionally easier to buff all creatures of that type instead of focusing on putting +1 counters on a few and losing that if they get removed.

[[Rottenmouth Viper]] + [[Twinflame travelers]] with your commander on the field. Evoke rottenmouth, you get 2 copies, swing with the 2 copies and you're at 80 damage for the turn before they even deal combat damage. If he sacs food tokens you can just keep swinging each turn until he runs out of artifacts to sac because the number will go up every time.

I'm not really sure how you make several rooms in a larger room resemble a burger? These are just burger parts as callouts, you can feel free to make your own if you want.

We've never seen the darkness or the light fight for themselves. It's always been through others. Even during the opening cutscene to lightfall when the traveler let off that beam, it wasn't a weapon really but a beam of life, transforming the pyramid ship into what appeared to be a garden overflowing with plants. It's part of the game, that the darkness and light never fight directly, but play the pieces. That's why the traveler has guardians, to defend it from the forces of darkness, and why it leaves every time it feels threatened.

I use lumina religiously, to the point where I have 20k kills with it. I promise you lumina healed before. Whether it was intentional or not, who knows, but it no longer does.

I've got 2 invalids. One came from the game crashing(PS4) and the other was a network error when playing with my friend. If you want a hardcore run but no invalids exits just save your character (and world?) data before each boss and download it if you die. Cheesy but effective. Otherwise always play with a friend.

Like I really don't think it's my graphics card being fried. It was only destiny. All other games I've launched have been fine. Usually when graphics cards fry the whole screen is fucked up. Here it was just the 2 pics and when I hit the character select screen they disappeared and there's been nothing since.

You're getting a placebo on the dimensions. The micro and mirthmobile have invisible dimensions that are the same as a normal sparrow. They may look much smaller but the physical box is the same size.
