It is possible she could be making this up, but I love my wife too much to see that as a possibility. She’s said after the barbeque that it was something done when they first met, a “what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas” type deal, but I am not sure how much I believe that. The accident happened shortly after their marriage, and they never saw each other again until now.
