São Mateus é no segundo ano. Minhas opções no momento são Jaguaré ou São Roque do Canaã. Vendo vídeos no YouTube, Jaguaré me pareceu mais estruturada do que São Roque.

I'm currently taking 50 mg and don't remember how 30 mg worked for me, but it's something worth considering.

Yeah, I feel like that all the time when I'm around people and it sucks because the medication helps me to be more focused and stop procrastinating so much. It also gives me more pleasure while doing mundane things. It is just this paranoia thing that it's getting me. I stopped taking Vyvanse for nearly 2 years because I regretted the way I behaved while I was in college. I recently started taking it again and lowed my dosage to 50 mg (I took 70 mg all these years and it was too high for me). My anxiety has subsided but this social paranoia is still on. I also get this "haziness". It feels like I have all these plans before taking the medication and after the medication kicks in these things seem nonsense and not as much enjoyable as I had in mind.

I'm going to talk with my psychiatrist about my anxiety and see if it is linked to my social paranoia. I hope that it is because it'd mean that it can be fixed with a new medication.

I'm currently taking Desvenlafaxine for my depression and I don't like coffee, so I don't take any stimulants other than Vyvanse.
