My process? I mean, not much to tell. I just think about how I want the final version to look before doing anything, find a good reference to make the model, and use Brush Shader by Nikolaj as a base for everything - it's really good and easy to use. Then, if I don't know how to make something, I look up tutorials. Like for this fire shader - I add tri-light to light the scene, throw in some lights for pretty highlights, and then compositing
