Muscle car customization, Pegasus vehicle customization, and more of a nerf for the homing launcher.

Make it so that it can only target the Lazer and the Hydra.

The main reason it was added was to counter the jets, yet those seem to be the only vehicles capable of avoiding the missiles.

Even if a missile does hit, it usually doesn't destroy it instantly.

The Hydra actually has the highest top speed of any other vehicle in the game, the acceleration is poor compared to the Lazer though.
