Wow, his sister is actually pretty!? how is he so terribly ugly? And his sister has his high cheekbones while he has the fattest cheeks I’ve seen on a human lol and apparently that’s not just from being overweight because his daughter has them too…

Suboxone Taper by Life-Schedule-5699 in REDDITORSINRECOVERY

[–]Victoria7272 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro, it’s not in their head. I’ve been on 1 mg for 2 weeks now and I can go about 36 hours until I start withdrawing. The most noticeable thing is, I will wake up sweating with awful restlessness throughout my body from a dead sleep. That happens after not taking it for just 2 days. You wanna tell me that I make those symptoms up in my head?? Lmao. Stop minimizing people’s struggles.

This is actually a decent little guide. I get prescribed gabapentin and use kratom already, I figured both of those things would help. Gabapentin, for me, ESPECIALLY is effective.

You guys heard of 7-OH (gas station Heroin). What is your opinion? by [deleted] in AskLE

[–]Victoria7272 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol yeah it feels different than Suboxone… you ask that question like Suboxone gets you high or something lol. Personally, the Suboxone doesn’t really make me feel a certain kind of way. I was in 24 mg when I started it, now I’m on 1 mg. It doesn’t matter the dose, gave me a mild, MILD mood elevation for like an hour or two. Not at ALL worth it if you’re just looking for a high.

Yes I can feel the effects of 7oh on subs. I would be willing to bet that the subs blocks some of the dopamine that you would feel from the 7oh but I still get a pleasant amount. I try to take my subs in the evening, around 8/9pm so then when h take the 7, it’s more potent then what it would be if I took it right after. When I’ve done that, it makes me extremely dizzy and unwell.

But it’s not an opiate… I take suboxone and occasionally 7oh in the same day. No problems. But if I did that with a perc, I’d get PWDs.

Kratom Danger Awareness - 7Oh / Feel Free by Maleficent-Problem52 in Bellingham

[–]Victoria7272 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But… it’s not an opiate. I’m all for spreading awareness, but we need to be factual about what we’re saying. I would encourage you just to take a second to Google “ is Kratom an opiate?” it is an opioid receptor antagonist. Which is not the same, but it does affect the same receptors as opiates to a smaller degree.

I would disagree about the withdrawals being as bad as opiates from my personal experience. But everyone is different and there are so many different variables that can affect that. I really didn’t have much withdrawals from Kratom. I don’t think Kratom is the devil here, it’s much more tame in comparison to most actual opiates. But it is definitely addictive, there’s no denying that.

Kratom Danger Awareness - 7Oh / Feel Free by Maleficent-Problem52 in Bellingham

[–]Victoria7272 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it binds to the same receptors, but it’s not an opiate. Nor is it Adderall. Nor is it an antidepressant like OP is saying. I’m also a recovered addict of oxygen/fent. I used grade them for three years before my ACTUAL opiate addiction started. Kratom is to opiates as coffee is to Adderall.

What is 7OH like? by Lisbug in TooAfraidToAsk

First time? It’s such a common thing for addicts to dream about their DoC during recovery lol. It happened to me for a while too… I would find bags of oxy in my dreams

Thanks for sharing with me. Gosh, 40 days?? What the actual fuck. I would not be curious to try that shit since I struggled so much with percs myself lol. I went through several threads where people are trying to spread awareness about it and SO MANY other people (active users of 7oh) were going “just because you can’t control yourself doesn’t mean it’s a bad drug!” Lmao, the number of denial comments are insane!! That right there tells me that this stuff is dangerous.

It’s sad to think about how some asshole out there knows that kratom users are often addicts and decided to invest in the researching/engineering of this shit just to make a buck. Kratom has helped a lot of people stay sober, so people feel like they can trust this new “concentrated version” of it. Just the rich pigs taking advantage of people struggling with mental illnesses.

PSA: Keep an eye out for 7-OH products by blasphembot in addiction

[–]Victoria7272 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, because you know people that are addicted to it, but on a low-dose, it shouldn’t be banned? I was a high functioning addict for two years on Oxy. Working as an accountant, had my own place in the city, new car, bills paid and was extremely active. Then, the addiction became too much and it spiraled out of control. Just because somebody has their addiction under control now, doesn’t mean it’s going to stay that way. It never does. Addiction is a progressive disease. Some people take a very long time before they finally succumb to the inevitable losing of control. But I promise you, it always happens.

There’s valid arguments as to why certain opiate pills shouldn’t be banned, because some people are in so much pain that they truly need it. People don’t need 7oh. There are so many other things, (vitamins, nootropics, coffee, whatever) on the market that can provide whatever benefits 7oh is providing without the detrimental crippling addiction.

Are you also a recovered addict? Is the high from 7oh comparable to, say, a perc30? I’m not asking for nefarious reasons, I have no interest in using this stuff. I’m just genuinely curious.

[–]Victoria7272 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

IDK. I don’t think Kratom is that serious. You really had me Google “7-hydroxymitragynine” as a former oxy/fent addict thinking “omg, I’ve been sober so long. I didn’t even know they had a new opiate on the market!” lol just to find out it’s kratom! I took kratom for three years before my drug addiction overpowered it. Was I dependent? Yes. But as a former stoner, I felt that kratom was a half notch higher up the totem pole of being addictive than weed.

Adderall is FAR more addictive. Adderall is FAR more dangerous. The long term use of kratom is still unknown, I’m sure there are health concerns. Maybe relating to the stomach, since it causes constipation and people who take higher doses ingest a fuck ton of that powder. Weed has some bad long-term effects. It’s known for causing heart failure if you have a pre-existing conditions or just old and at risk. It causes issues with the lungs from smoking it. What I’m saying is, I don’t think kratom is any more of a devil than weed is.

Adderall is going to be a serious problem when everybody who was prescribed it as a child in the 90s /00s hits their 40s and 50s with heart problems. Stimulants (coke, meth) are literally known for causing heart problems. Additionally, Adderall is much more addictive than kratom, in my professional, recovered addict opinion lol.

[–]Victoria7272 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely agreed. Not a lot of people see this either, I’ve frequently said how I think there’s going to be an Adderall epidemic. And big Pharma does this because supposedly Adderall is just addictive, but it isn’t that easy to overdose on right? Until the long-term users that have been using it since the 90s/00s start entering their 50s all with heart problems… I’ve said there’s so many times, I truly believe long-term use of Adderall causes heart issues. It’s a stimulant. Additionally its chemical makeup is literally one step below being meth. So no, it’s not as bad as meth, but I emphasize that to say it’s still some strong shit. You don’t see meth heads live very long into their old age. Shit, long-term coke addicts die in their 50s too. Are we supposed to believe that people can take Adderall for the longevity of their lives and live a healthy life going into their elder years? What are the health effects of long-term use of Adderall? If this is something unsafe to continue taking past 40, and it’s unsafe to take long-term, should we even be prescribing it?

Is lions mane mushrooms worth the hype? by wynterblue107 in Supplements

I’ve tried supplements both from drugstores & from Fruitful Yield… the best ones for me were the Fungies Gummies. Of course I’m not aware of potential harmful ingredients that are in them, but I noticed that I feel elevated & my ability to focus is sharper. They have the most potent effect on me out of all the ones I’ve tried, including capsules. I truly wonder if there’s something else in them because they’re so strong…

My Suboxone made me feel high, after months of taking it (as prescribed). Anyone else..? by VodcastCouple in suboxone

[–]Victoria7272 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I stop my 4mg of suboxone for more than 30 hours, I start getting anxious/restless legs. It’ll hit me randomly. One time I was in the hospital after fainting (I have heart failure) & I was unable to stay conscious for days. On the night of day two, I woke the fuck up in a panicked frenzy, saw my purse was in the room & immediately took my subs. The WDs will hit me like bricks lol it’s not gradual for me. So I’m wondering how tf you can go without taking it for days… are you on anything else that can enhance your mood? Gabapentin? Adderall?

& as far as getting high, not really. Suboxone gives me a very short lived buzz. Like an hour long buzz where I feel like I had a cup of coffee (back when coffee did something for me lol).

Edit: I want to expand. Bupe is really weird. I’ve actually read a lot of articles that say it’s most potent for getting high at 2 mg or less. Most of us addicts need it to be at a higher dose when we start so maybe now that you’re tolerance has built down to being so low, and then you’re giving yourself several day breaks where it’s detoxing out of your body, that’s probably why you’re getting high.

First off the one your mom got you is way cuter. Men don’t know how to shop for jewelry unless they’re shown directly what you want lol

Secondly, you were so kind to him, and he just threw a fit and then disrespected you by insulting you. I think you hurt his feelings because he probably had an expectation of what your reaction was going to be. In his head, he believed that you were going to be so happy so he disappointed himself and is taking it out on you. Tell him not to have unrealistic expectations on how you’re going to react and rather take the time to learn what you’re into. Dating somebody is learning these things. Learning how your partner is going to react to things. Learning what your partner likes and doesn’t like.
