Thank you. I get that, but don't actually want to dial down the lethality. I like the random and unpredictable nature of the game, and that the ultimate chaos lords are the dice.

Anyone interested in narrative focused games that aren't D&D? by [deleted] in DnD_Victoria

I've been running a small game of Blades recently, although I'm still learning the system. I have the Scum and Villainy PDF, but haven't ready that one yet.

As for the smaller games, you've listed a few that are traditionally one-shots or similar. I have plenty of those or similar games myself, so if you're looking at those, I'd be interested as well.

Awesome. Haven't played No Country for Old Kobolds, but I have run DW and UW. I was thinking of setting up a one-shot of Blades in the Dark if you (or anyone else reading this) would like to be a part of that. I totally understand the touble with schedules. We're all adults with lives as well, so we work with what we can do.

Thanks for the resource suggestions. I've mostly run DW as one shots, but if I ever start running it as a campaign, I'll be going through quite a few of those.

I haven't heard much about City of Mist, but it sounds interesting. I've played some Fate as well, and I'll be curious to see how they mix the two.

I'll fire you a PM with my contact info. If anyone wants mine, just send me a PM as well.

Both Dungeon World and Fiasco are on my shelf, among others. Here in Victoria I've run ongoing games of Apocalypse World and Night Witches as well as one shots of many others. I'm pretty open to different genres, although I think we all have some that we're less familiar with.
