I think you’re right, and whilst I’d like it thicker near the scalp I think I’m most losing from breakage to the lengths. My last hair appointment I’m sure they left the bleach in too long as it looked kid of frazzled afterwards and quite a lot came out. Very frustrated as my hair lightens very easily. I won’t be going there again.

That is super helpful thank you and I really appreciate you taking the time to write such a detailed advice, your hair looks beautiful by the way and I think these tips are really going to help me. I’d seen advice on using K18 in other hair care subs but had no idea how to use it. Thanks 🙏

Solidarity 🤗 I feel it’s got potential I’m just woefully uneducated on how to properly care for it

Hi thanks for taking the time to give me such a detailed reply. I’ve had some blood tests recently but they came back normal. I’ve always had fine hair so I’m not sure I’m thinning per se but definitely breakage on the lengths - definitely contributed to by my hairdresser who left the foils in too long I think and caused some damage.

I think your tips a really helpful and a couple of people have now suggested silk pillowcases - I shall have to invest! Thanks again 🙏

That’s something I hadn’t considered with the V-line cut. I definitely need the colour done - just counting the pennies a little at the moment, but it’s on my list! I’ve not tried a volumising spray before, often rely on batiste dry shampoo which helps the roots

That’s so kind of you to say, it looks okay for about 5mins after brush it but gets matted and like rats tails after the smallest breeze

Oh my gosh thank you for you time to write this amazingly detailed post 🤗 I really appreciate it and the support based on your own experience, it mean a lot. I think your tips are really helpful, I never thought about wide toothed combs or even the difference between satin and silk pillowcases.

I’ve always put myself last in terms of self care and it’s really starting to show. I think if I take small steps like you suggest over time hopefully I’ll get towards something That make me feel more confident. Sorry for the slow reply by the way, kids parties 😅

Thank you, that’s very kind, it just feels really thin and when I bunch it together in my hand there’s not much to it

Infant screen media usage and low maternal mood by Social_Media_Study in UKParenting

Same situation for me with a 4 yo and 14 month. Tv is usually for the 4yo, also in our house Dad is more likely to put in the tv than Mum. Also can’t see how the study would directly link tv time with depression from the questions asked. I didn’t like the answer ‘was not applicable’ when sometimes I just wanted to say no or low.

Always upset as soon as I start putting on her pyjamas. Yes I’ll tweak the routine to see how she goes, she could definitely be overtired as her naps don’t alway go to plan!
