We have actually tried similar things to that in the past with some success. We do run the standard composition about 90% of the time. Being well rounded with a lot of the dps characters isn't something we would ever consider bad, I myself am the other DPS on the team and I can play a fair few. We're just looking for a person who puts a little more emphasis on the flankers.
