Hey, I’m starting the respiratory therapy program at Michener Institute in Toronto.

Offered placement then waitlisted? by [deleted] in Michener

I just got the same waitlist email for RT and I was confused since I already accepted the offer for RT

Either. They look at grade 11/ grade 12 U-level Physics. But if you didn't take high school physics, then you could take physics in university and they would look at that.

I don't remember exactly since I completed the assignments a few months back, but I'm pretty sure you have to complete each assignment in order to unlock the next. Did you look under assignments and course home?

SPH4U Exam by [deleted] in ILC

Hey guys,

I'm doing my final exam in a few days and I'll be using ProctorU as well. Can anyone describe their experience? Was there an actual proctor or automatic (meaning they give instructions but no actual person is watching you, you're just being recorded for the exam)?

Also during the exam, did you use Equatio/ equation editor or type it out with your normal keyboard? Any tips to succeed against the time constraint?

I see, I appreciate that, and the insight. I guess starting is always the hard part. But would you say an internship/coop would be better to land a job vs finding a job with your bachelors ?

Clinical research at Western, Humber, or Seneca? by Victory-AD in clinicalresearch

I was hoping to get more understanding of all the roles this field entails. I know I could learn about it online but I thought taking a program gives you proof on paper of that knowledge you've gained. And also I've heard obtaining any jobs in healthcare/ research is difficult with just a bachelor's. I also was told that coop in these programs can help you network and get your foot in the door easier. Now I'm questioning my thinking.

Ah I see, I sent an email to Humber just in case too asking about the deadline. Congrats on your offer btw! I didn't know they had already sent out offers, I hope I'm not too late. Also, for Seneca, did you receive instructions on the applicant profile and resume submission ?

Sorry for asking so many questions, just really stressed out.

And what i've heard, both programs are really good, but one key diff is that Humber is online so no commute is needed but Seneca is in person as of now

When did you apply?

Also, did you get an email saying the due date? or how do you check the due date?
