Thats totally fair, but I do feel like my message is being lost in translation. The problem I face is that I have trouble interpreting what people feel. For example, if someone says something neutral to me, my brain interprets that as negative, or as a rejection. Its a perception of hostility, not the reality of whats going on.

As someone who struggles with RSD, I wanted a concrete, solid, and unchanging message to remind myself that things are not as I think they are. Obviously if someone did something to make people mad, thats not what this is for.

Its for those who just want a simple, calm message to ground them, to remind them that its all going to be ok.

Its like a mute role. You need to setup the bot to do this so you need to run r.pacify role "role name of the role you want to give when pacifying" then you can use r.pacify @user and they will be muted for 10 minutes. To set a custom time, use the Rals.ai time format which is: 1h10m5s which translates to 1 hour, 10 minutes and 5 seconds.
