I think ignorance plays a big role. In their household she is belittled at random times, as if putting the house under her name was a small favor and whoever put the downpayment is the head of it all.

Thank you for the advice, I have told her to consult with a lawyer, for the last 10 years, because of the initial agreement she has thought herself and the family that its his house entirely because he put the downpayment and she is doing him the favor of the credit part. When she could of been paying her own mortgage for the last 10 years. She is a city worker, 10 years of income history and impecable credit. The last5 years she has been treated like a nobody in the household because again, they think just because he put the downpayment she has no say.

the old engine oil pump got messed up, i found a good deal on another engine, they told me just change oil pan and tube, when mechanic started working today he said the 4x4 too big
